By creating an account on MythicSagas ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
Each user is permitted one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
MythicSagas uses virtual in-game currency ("Gold") and in-game items that have no real-world monetary value. Gold and items exist solely within the Platform and may not be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to adjust, remove, or reset virtual currency and items at any time without compensation.
Any real-money purchases (Premium Packs, cosmetics, etc.) are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. All purchases are final once completed.
You agree not to engage in any of the following: harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users; exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage; use of automated bots, scripts, or other third-party tools to interact with the Platform; impersonation of any person, including Platform staff; or any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
Violations may result in temporary suspension, permanent ban, or other action at our sole discretion.
Any content you submit to the Platform (character names, profile text, messages, guestbook entries, etc.) remains your responsibility. By submitting content, you grant MythicSagas a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.
All Platform content, including but not limited to artwork, game mechanics, design, code, and text, is the intellectual property of MythicSagas and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without explicit written permission.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MythicSagas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
