1. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threatening behaviour toward any user
• Use of offensive, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content in character names, profiles, or messages
• Impersonating Platform staff, moderators, or other players
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain — report these instead
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the Platform's security
• Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to other users
• Creating multiple accounts (alt accounts) to circumvent bans or gain advantage
• Spamming other players with unsolicited messages
• Sharing real-world personal information of other users without their consent (doxxing)
• Any activity that violates applicable laws, including fraud, illegal gambling, or money laundering

2. In-Game Economy

Real-money trading (buying or selling in-game Gold, items, or accounts for real currency outside the Platform's official store) is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Content Standards

All user-generated content — including character names, profile bios, guestbook comments, guild descriptions, and messages — must comply with the following standards:

• No hate speech or content that demeans individuals based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• No sexually explicit or graphic violent content
• No content that promotes or glorifies illegal activity
• No spam, advertising, or promotional content for external services

4. Reporting Violations

If you witness behaviour that violates this AUP, please report it to a moderator or admin through the Platform. We take all reports seriously and will investigate within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in: a formal warning; temporary suspension; permanent account ban; or removal of offending content. The severity of action depends on the nature and frequency of the violation. We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion.

Appeals may be submitted through the Platform. We will review appeals in good faith but our decisions are final.

6. Bug Reporting

We encourage players to report bugs and exploits responsibly. If you discover a significant vulnerability, please contact an admin privately rather than exploiting or publicising it. We appreciate the community's help in keeping the game fair and secure.
